TERMS OF BUSINESS
The Delivery Agreement between yourself and our company, PAJU Nautik & Navigation KG, takes effect when we receive your order, unless you do not immediately disagree.
Our Terms of Business apply for all ordering methods (except our showroom in Austria) and are deemed recognized with every order.
All prices are given in euros and include the applicable VAT.
Deliveries outside Austria are VAT-free.
Postage and packaging, and any additional costs are not included in the price and will be listed separately on your invoice.
DELIVERY
We maintain a stock of offered articles that corresponds with usual demand and reorder regularly. However, the deliverabillity of articles also depends on whether they are available from their manufacturers. Because we have no influence on availability, some articles may have longer delivery times or may not be available at all.

In addition to the credit card number, you must also enter the expiry date and the safety code in our online form.

RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain our property until we have received full payment.
TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT
The goods, and thereby the liability for them, pass into the customer's possession with delivery by post or other carrier.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION
You agree that we contact you by e-mail or telephone about offers from our company. You can revoke this agreement at any time. We treat all information we receive from you in compliance with the German Data Protection Act.
LATE PAYMENT
If we do not receive your payment on time, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee of up to € 7.00 per reminder and an interest of 8.5% p.a. If you default on payment, a debt collection agency is charged with recovering the outstanding amount from you. The costs of debt collection through this agency, up to the maximum amounts as specified by Austrian law, will also be invoiced to the defaulting customer.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to return any article within seven working days from receiving without stating a reason for the return. The article must be contained in its original packaging and be undamaged and in a resellable state.
This right of cancellation does not apply to:
a.) Nautical charts, electronic nautical charts, nautical books and loosely bound printed matter (ring binders).
b.) Audio/video recordings and software that has already been opened.
c.) Products that have been made or ordered to customer specifications, that are not part of our normal scope of delivery or have been tailored specifically by customer request.
d.) Products or services whose price is dependent on the development of rates on the financial market, on which the company has no influence.
For safety reasons we are required to fully inspect all returned lifejackets. The purchaser will be charged for this work at the normal rate for maintenance of the type of returned lifejacket.
RETURNS
Returns are possible only after prior request.
The purchaser shall bear the costs of return transport. We can not accept return deliveries that are not prepaid.
GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
We accept liability for defects that the product has at the time of delivery, even if these defects are identified at a later time (hidden defects).
The legal warranty period for movable items is two years.
Hydrographic institutes do not guarantee that their published nautical charts are error-free. Nautical charts and books can not be considered to absolutely conform with actual conditions.
CREDITOR PROTECTION
You agree that, on delivery on an open invoice (e.g. on part-payments), we forward your name, date of birth and address to creditor protection associations that we co-operate with to obtain information about your creditworthiness. To perform credit checks, we exchange information with other group mail order companies.
Under certain circumstances we reserve the right to request an income verification or advance payment from you. In the event of a default on payment, we submit your name, date of birth, address and the outstanding balance to creditor protection associations that co-operate with us.
